5 COMMON LAPTOP PROBLEM AND HOW TO FIX THEM YOUR SELF

1. Laptop Won't Turn On

Possible Causes:

  • Battery issue

  • Power adapter not working

  • Internal hardware failure

How to Fix:

  • Check the power source: Make sure the laptop is plugged in and the power adapter is working. Try a different outlet.

  • Remove and reinsert the battery: If your laptop has a removable battery, take it out, wait a few seconds, and put it back in.

  • Hard reset: If the battery is non-removable, press and hold the power button for 10–20 seconds to reset the laptop.

2. Slow Performance

Possible Causes:

  • Too many startup programs

  • Insufficient RAM or storage

  • Malware or unnecessary background processes

How to Fix:

  • Disable unnecessary startup programs: Go to Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) and disable programs you don't need running at startup.

How to Fix:

  • Clean the vents: Use compressed air to blow out dust from the cooling vents, which may be causing poor airflow.

  • Use a cooling pad: Invest in a laptop cooling pad to help keep temperatures down.

  • Close unnecessary programs: Check your Task Manager or Activity Monitor and close programs that are using too many resources.

4. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues

Possible Causes:

  • Router issues

  • Incorrect network settings

  • Outdated network drivers

How to Fix:

How to Fix:
